Regulation Swiss Masters Aargau

  1. For this tournament only players are entitled, who are qualified for the team concerned and who are able to prove themselves with a valid player passport 2001 and 2002. A player may be applied only for one crew.
The management of the Swiss Masters Aargau is responsible for exceptions.
  2. Player passports and the team-list must be presented to the supervisors of the Swiss Masters Aargau at least 30 minutes before the first game starts.
  3. A team exists of 1 goal-keeper, 4 field players and maximum 7 substitutes (12 players). The players are obliged to wear serviceable shin guards. The replacing and exchanges of a player is unrestrictedly permitted. The substitute must have left the playfield first before the new player can be integrated in the game.
If the referee discovers that a team has too many players on the playfield or the exchanges haven’t been made correctly, the team concerned has to accept a punishment of 2 minutes. The game will be continued with an indirect free-kick there, where the error happened.
  4. Coaches, team-staff and substitutes may only stay beside the own goal and replacements can only be done within this area. Teams, who are not involved in the actual game, are not allowed on the side-panels.
  5. The size of the goal is to 5 by 2 meters. As goal-area the round-place of 7 meters of the „handball-field is considered.
  6. A goal can be scored outside the own play-half, but never direct as a kick-off.
  7. All free-kicks (except penalties) have to be played indirectly and the distance to the opponent must be 4 meters. In case of a penalty the distance to the goal-line has to be 9 meters.
  8. The goal kick can be made either by hand or by foot. If the goal-keeper places the ball within the goal-area the opponent can take the opportunity to make a goal. If the goal-keeper makes the goal-push, the ball has to touch either the ground, the side-parts or an own-player in the own-side before it crosses the center line. By non-observance of this rule an indirect kick-off will be given to the defending team.
  9. The field has a demarcation of side–panels, so called „Banden“. If the ball is outside the playing-field it has to be „rolled“ in by hand from the side-line (no throw-in).
  10. If the ball hits the ceiling of the hall, the opponent players restart with an indirect free kick below the point where the ball hit the ceiling. In any case, however, the ball must be set outside of the 7- meter-round-place of the „handball-field“.
  11. Instead of a caution a 2-minute-penalty is given. The player concerned has to stay next to the tournament-management. Players who are sent off because of a a red card are not allowed to participate the current game any longer.
  12. The game duration is 9 minutes. The sides won’t be changed.
The first mentioned team plays in the direction of the hall-entrance. The second mentioned team has to ensure, that they don’t wear dresses in the same colour of the opponents (special Over-Shirts are available). Crews who don’t show up on time will loose the game forfait with 0:3.
  13. The game will be started and ended by the tournament-management. The time-measurement is only  in their responsibility. The teams are asked to leave the playing field immediately after their game to make sure that the time-table can be observed
  14. For the ranking within a group the following criteria apply:
    a) the score
    b) the goal difference
    c) the number of goals scored
    d) the direct meeting
    e) the Penalty-kicks (5 players)
  15. 15) The Penalty Kick off will be  as follows:
    a) Alternating, beginning with the team which started the game before. The 5 players have to be determined before penalty kick off and announced to the referee.
    b) If the penalty-kick-off stays undecided, one further player has to try until the necessary result can been reached. The same player is only allowed to do the penalty-kick-off again, until the whole team including the goal-keeper has kicked off.
  16. If the final will be undecided, the so called „golden goal“ will be played immediately until the first goal can be obtained         (maximally 5 minutes). If undecided again, a penalty-kick will take place according to the above mentioned rules
  17. The game takes place without offside- and back-passport-rules.
